Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST

Valid
and signed U. S. Passport (valid for at least 3 months past
the end date of your stay in Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast); with at least one
blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable

(2) Visa Application Forms (SHORT
STAY FORM OR
LONG
STAY FORM) completed and signed. Application
on thermal fax paper are not accepted. The application
form must have original signature.
(NOTE: Make sure that you complete the correct visa
application form based on the duration of stay)

(2) Passport type photographs (must
be colored)

generated flight itinerary from the travel agent

Hotel
Confirmation (if staying at the hotel)

Letter
of Invitation from your host in Ivory Coast -
authenticated/notarized by the city hall in Abidjan (if
staying with friends/relatives)

Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations
against Yellow Fever (REQUIRED)

send it by courier delivery so that if there’s a delay, you
