Visa Support for Russia and CIS Countries
Russia, Kazakshtan, and most other former Soviet countries require you to get an official visa support or “invitation” before you can apply for the visa to the Consulate. This “invitation” is usually an official document from a travel agency, registered with the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs, describing services booked for the client. If you’re interested in independent travel and do not need assistance in booking any services but require visa support only, Travel the World Visas will be able to assist you in obtaining your “invitation” to the country of your destination.
Note: For applicants who are residing in the U.S., Travel the World Visas can also assist you in obtaining the actual visa. Fee quoted below is for obtaining visa support only, additional fee applies for obtaining the actual visa. Discounted Rate Available If We Obtain Both Visa Support and The Actual Visa.
NOTE: In order to process multiple entry invitation, please provide us a copy
of the previous visa to Russia.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (Russia – Business Invitation): The business invitation application will be submitted to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 45 days from the date of entry.
For RUSH processing (3 or 5 business days) of the Russian business invitation (single or double entry), the business invitation application will be submitted to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 15 days from the date of entry.
