Niger – Passport and Visa Required

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

TOURIST VISA

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable
  • Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
  • Two Passport Type Photographs
  • Proof of Accommodation (hotel confirmation or a signed letter from the host in Niger stating the nature of accommodation).
    NOTE: If you submit signed letter from the host in Niger, please submit one of the following: copy of the National ID (if the invitor is a Niger citizen) OR copy of the passport and re-residence visa (applicable if the invitor is NON-Niger citizen).
  • Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
  • World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever (ORIGINAL Card)
  • For minor applicants (under 21 years old) – submit the following additional documents: A) copy of the child’s birth certificate showing the parents name, B) a  signed the letter of authorization from the parents is only needed if one parent is not applying for a visa. If both parents are applying for a visa then a copy of the itinerary will be sufficient (with the parents names).  This letter does need to be notarized.
  • Travel the World Visas Service Order Form

BUSINESS VISA

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable
  • Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
  • Two Passport Type Photographs
  • Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket
  • Business Letter from U.S. company
  • Travel Authorization OR Letter from the US Government (applicable for contractors for the US Government)
  • World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever (ORIGINAL Card)
  • For minor applicants (under 21 years old) – submit the following additional documents: A) copy of the child’s birth certificate showing the parents name, B) a  signed the letter of authorization from the parents is only needed if one parent is not applying for a visa. Service Fee:

$105.00/visa (Regular Processing)

Consular Fee:
$160.00/person – valid for 1 year (subject for approval by the embassy)
$205.00/person – valid for 2 years (subject for approval by the embassy)
$305.00/person – valid for 3 years (subject for approval by the embassy)

All consular fees above include a $5 money order fee (consulate/embassy accepts money order only)

Return Mail Fee (1-3 passports):
For Alaska and Hawaii, please add $25.00

2-Day Delivery: $40.00
